Consulting and Coaching
Do it yourself, not by yourself.
Coaching for marketers and founders who’d rather build their own positioning, messaging, and content. You bring a real problem you’re working on. We plan the approach together, and I coach you through doing the work. So when we’re done, the skill stays with you.
I’ve spent 20 years in B2B and SaaS, including leading marketing in-house and advising founders and heads of marketing on complex offers. You get the same senior judgment, applied to what you’re building.
A short call to figure out what we’d work on and whether coaching is the right fit. No pitch.

Coaching fits a specific situation. See if it’s yours.
Most people who come to me for coaching are hands-on and capable. They want to own the work. What they’re missing is a senior person to think it through with, so they move faster and second-guess less. A few situations come up again and again:
- You’re standing up a new content motion and you want a sounding board: someone to react to your thinking and show you what good could look like before you commit.
- You’re doing the messaging or positioning in-house yourself, and you want to be run through the process properly, with the tools and templates to do it well.
- You have a recurring strategic question and you want a senior person on tap for it, rather than scoping a whole project.
“Vassy helped me gain clarity where I was confused, offered helpful and actionable feedback, and validated some moves I was unsure about. I’m very grateful!”

If you’d rather hand the work off entirely, coaching isn’t built for that. (That’s what Hands-On Work is for.) Coaching is for people who want to do it themselves and do it well.
Coaching & Consulting topics
A few of the things people bring to coaching. Yours might be a mix.
Coaching is built around your unique situation, so the list isn’t fixed. But it helps to see the range. These are the kinds of projects that fit well in a coaching format:
Verifying a positioning direction.
You’ve got a sense of how you want to explain what you do and who it’s for, and you want to pressure-test it before you build on it. We dig into the evidence together, and I take you through the research that either backs it or reshapes it.
Doing your messaging or positioning in-house.
You want to run the process yourself. I take you through it step by step and hand you the tools and templates, so your team owns both the output and the method.
Running a content pilot for something big.
You’re launching a podcast, a live online event series, or a thought-leadership program across the organisation, and you want senior eyes on it as you go.
Mapping your topics and angles.
Building a clear map of what you talk about and the angles only you can own, so your content stops being a series of one-offs.
Building a brand voice and rolling it out.
Defining a distinct voice and getting it applied consistently by everyone who produces your content, so it holds together no matter who’s writing.
Setting up your content operations.
A system and a cadence so content actually ships, consistently, without the planning falling apart the first busy week.
Setting up an AI workflow that sounds like you.
Building a setup where AI speeds up production while your judgment and voice stay in control, so what comes out still reads as yours.
Don’t see your exact situation?
Bring it to the kick-off. If it’s a fit for coaching, we’ll find the right scope for it; if it isn’t, I’ll tell you and point you somewhere better.
How Coaching works
A simple rhythm, built to make the most of our time live.
It starts with a free kick-off. We talk through the problem you’re facing, get specific about what we’d work on and what “done” looks like, and check that coaching is the right fit. No advice session, no pitch: just scoping the work and making sure we’re a match. I’ll then give you a coaching proposal, describing what we’ll cover and how long it may take.
Then, each month of our coaching engagement includes:
Two 60-minute video calls
You send your work ahead of time, and I review it on my own time. The whole hour we have together is focused on feedback and how to apply it, instead of watching me read.
Support between calls
A directional question, a quick one about the process, a new template when it’s useful, or a nudge on what to bring next time. (The detailed feedback lives in the calls, where there’s room to do it right.)
You go from carrying the problem on your own to having a clear plan, a steady second opinion, and the confidence to execute.
“Vassy took the time to look at my product scenario and put herself in my shoes to build actionable steps for growth. Her approach was of high value and I plan to follow up with her again.”

Working with me
A steady second mind who’s always honest with you.
You’re working with a person, and that turns out to matter. I come prepared, every time. I’m generous with what I know, and I keep the work calm and moving even when your deadline isn’t. And I’m a sounding board who will actually push back: if I think you’re heading the wrong way, or claiming more than the evidence supports, I’ll tell you, kindly and clearly. You get a steadier project and a sharper one.
“Vassy provided invaluable advice on refining my content strategy… Vassy’s approach to grouping ideas, prioritizing the most relevant topics, and repurposing content… has given me a clear framework for driving engagement and thought leadership.”

Pricing
€490 / month
Two 60-minute live calls a month, plus support between sessions. Two-month minimum, because coaching works through continuity. Most engagements run for 3-6 months depending on scope. The progress lives in the rhythm of our work together.
The kick-off is free. You only start paying once we’ve agreed what we’re working on and that coaching is the right fit.
Not ready for an ongoing plan? Book a single working session.
Sometimes you don’t need a coaching relationship. You need one good answer, now. A second opinion on a landing page, a messaging problem you’re stuck on, a decision you want to talk through with someone senior before you commit.
For that, book a one-off working session. Send the relevant material ahead, and we’ll spend the time on your specific question, with clear, actionable next steps to take away.
One-off session: €190
Questions you might have
Am I doing the work, or do you do it for me?
You do the work; I make sure you do it well. You’ll get the plan, the feedback, the templates, and the push to keep going, and the skill stays with you afterwards. If you’d rather hand the work off entirely, Hands-On Work is the better fit.
What actually happens in the free kick-off?
We get specific about the problem you’re working on, define what we’d work on together and what success looks like, and check that coaching is the right fit. It’s a scoping conversation, not an advice session, so come ready to talk about your situation rather than expecting solutions on the spot.
What if it turns out coaching isn’t right for me?
Then I’ll tell you in the kick-off, and point you toward what would actually help, whether that’s a one-off session, a full project, or something outside what I do. The kick-off is free precisely so neither of us commits before we know it’s a fit.
How much can I reach you between calls?
Enough to keep you unblocked. I’ll answer a directional question or a quick one about the process, share templates, and point you toward things worth looking into. The detailed, in-depth feedback happens in the live calls, where there’s room to do it properly. Think of the between-session support as keeping momentum, with the deep work saved for when we’re together.
Why a two-month minimum?
Because coaching pays off through continuity. One month is enough to start something; the value compounds when you send work, get feedback, apply it, and bring the next thing. The minimum makes sure we get far enough to see real movement.
What am I really paying for at €490 a month?
More than two calls, for sure. You’re paying for continuity between sessions, a directional line to me in between, and me reviewing your work ahead of each call so the whole live hour is feedback (frankly, preparing for our calls often takes me twice the time we spend together live). Set against two separate one-off sessions, it costs a little more and gives you a lot more, because the progress comes from the rhythm of sending work, getting feedback, and building on it. If a single answer is genuinely all you need, the one-off session is the better choice for that.
How much of my own time does this take?
Honestly, it depends on the scope we set. Validating a piece of messaging might be three or four hours a week, mostly running a few extra checks with your customers. Building out a full content plan asks for considerably more. We’ll get you a clear estimate after the kick-off, once we know what we’re working on. Your time is the real investment here, and that’s the trade that makes coaching work. Because you do the bulk of the work yourself, the more you put in, the more you get out, with a senior pair of eyes on everything you produce.
Why coach me instead of just hiring you to do the project?
Two reasons. The capability stays with you: when we’re done, you and your team can run this without me, instead of depending on an outside partner every time. And it costs far less than a full done-for-you engagement. If you’d genuinely rather hand the work off and not do it yourself, that’s a fair call, and my Hands-On Work projects are built for exactly that.
Why do you review my work before the call instead of during it?
So the live hour is spent on the useful part. If I read your files in the moment, you’d be paying to watch me read. By reviewing ahead, I walk in already knowing your situation, and we spend the whole session on feedback and how to apply it.
Bring the thing you’re stuck on. Let’s see if coaching is the way through.
The kick-off is free and there’s no pitch. Tell me what you’re working on, and I’ll tell you honestly whether coaching is the right fit and what we’d focus on.
