Research and digital strategy
If you’re just starting, I can help you set the foundation with customer development and planning out robust digital strategies. I use a mix of qualitative and quantitative analysis, including statistical analysis, surveys, review mining, and customer interviews. The end goal is to bring you actionable insights about your audience and develop data-driven buyer personas.
Content marketing planning
Together we can work on a content marketing plan that builds relationships with your target audience in the channels they use with value they will recognize. Building your strategy across different topics, formats, and channels. To arrive at the final plan, I audit your existing content, the content of your key competitors, and I research the topics your audience cares about.
CRO and funnel optimization
We’ll analyze your landing pages and we’ll do a detailed funnel review to pinpoint drop-off points in the customer journey. This includes copy review, heatmap and data analysis and heuristic usability analysis of your site. We form hypotheses and develop experiments for conversion rate optimization. Nothing is off the table – from landing page design to complex checkout flow updates.
Performance marketing planning
To scale these up, we’ll choose the performance marketing tactics that bring business results as efficiently as possible. This includes analysis of your past campaigns and their performance, review of targeting, bidding strategies, ad copy, and creative. We’ll also review the landing pages and users’ behavior on-site to find where the gaps in the user experience are.

I have more than a decade of experience in marketing and communications. During this time, I have executed or participated in activities in most digital marketing verticals. This gives me a broad basis that I can work off, and foundational skills that help me communicate with other digital professionals (developers, designers, UX, or SEO specialists) in a common language.

Experience and Certifications
For more than a decade, a managed digital marketing in e-commerce and SaaS companies. In 2019, I went off on my own as an independent consultant with a hands-on approach. My experience is more in the B2C field and my expertise covers marketing strategy, content marketing, growth, and measurement.
I hold an MA in International Communications from Leeds Beckett University, as well as a number of certifications, including Google Analytics and Google AdWords Individual Qualification, Hubspot Inbound certification, and a Content Marketing University certification. I completed Growth Tribe Academy’s 6-week growth marketing course in Amsterdam in 2019.
