Can include adding specific planning and editorial calendar building, as well as regular review and alignment with your team.
We start with a detailed funnel review to pinpoint drop-off points in the customer journey. This includes copy review and heuristic usability analysis of your site. We form hypotheses and develop experiments for conversion rate optimization. Nothing is off the table – from landing page design to complex checkout flow updates.
