Personal Brand Sprint

Build your personal brand with me, paired with a content system to show up consistently.

A guided sprint for experts and founders who’d rather not figure visibility out alone. In a few focused weeks, we get you clear on what you stand for and get you publishing. You leave with a brand that wins the right opportunities, and a plan to keep showing up. It’s the senior work I do for founders and leadership teams, in a tighter, faster format built for one person.

A 30-minute conversation to see if it’s a fit. No pitch.

The problem

You know you need to do this. You just never get to it.

You already know a strong personal brand would open doors. That part isn’t in question. What’s missing is the how and the when.

The how is a clear plan, and most people don’t have one, so every post turns into a decision from scratch. The when is the time you never quite find. It’s always next month, after this client project, once things calm down. They don’t calm down, so it keeps slipping.

A live brand sprint is what breaks that loop. You get a plan, a schedule, and someone making sure the work actually happens, instead of waiting for a quiet week that never arrives. And the part that can feel a little too much like bragging online gets easier once you know exactly what you’re doing and why.

What makes this work

Strategy first, then content.

Most personal-branding advice points straight at the output: post more, show up more, try this hook. It skips the first question, which is what you want to be known for and who needs to know it. So we work in the order that compounds. First, what you stand for and the point of view only you can hold. Then the content, built on that foundation, so everything you publish points the same way. Most programs teach one half of it. That combination is what I’ve spent 20 years on: brand strategy for companies, and building my own brand through content.

Want the longer argument? I wrote it here: The Expertise-Visibility Gap.

This is the senior work I do at the company level.

Everything in this sprint comes from the work I do inside much larger engagements:

  • The founder of Outthinker Networks, Kaihan Krippendorff, whose personal brand I worked on, alongside the company’s.
  • Good Is The New Cool, where I worked closely on the personal brands of founders Afdhel Aziz and Bobby Jones.
  • A current client in enterprise SaaS, where I’m building a thought-leadership program for senior managers and subject-matter experts.

And I’ve worked with hundreds of individuals on their own personal brand, through one-to-one coaching and my personal branding course. This sprint brings that senior method to you, scoped tight and run fast, for one person and one outcome.

How the sprint works

A focused build, then support to make it stick. Two months, start to finish.

The format is simple on purpose. We build the foundation in the first few weeks and get you publishing while it’s fresh, then meet a few more times to refine how you produce content until it becomes a habit.

5 Sessions across a month

Phase 1: Build the brand base

Each session is focused on directing the next step: what to gather, how to approach it, and what we’re deciding. The hands-on work happens between sessions, but you always leave a call knowing exactly what to do next. We move from what you stand for, to who you’re for, to a content plan you can run.

Phase 2: Carry it with content

These sessions are specifically focused on one thing: keeping the publishing habit going. We look at your real posts, sharpen what’s landing, and smooth your production process until showing up fits into your actual week.

Throughout, I fast-track the work with the prompts and tools I use on client projects, so you reach a strong result in weeks rather than months of solo trial and error.

What you walk away with

At the end, you have a brand that’s already live.

  • A clear position in your field, one you can say in a sentence and stand behind.
  • An audience map: exactly who you’re talking to and what they need from you.
  • A content system you can run, with your angles, your preferred formats and channels, and a process that fits your week.
  • A presence that’s already live, with posts out in the world and real audience feedback to learn from.
  • A plan to stay visible, so showing up no longer waits on a free afternoon or a burst of motivation.
  • The opportunities that follow from being known for your expertise: clients, a new role, partners, a board seat, or a business of your own.

This is for you if you’d rather build it with someone than figure it out alone.

The sprint fits experts who are ready to be seen for what they already know, and who want a guide rather than another course to get through on their own:

Founders and business owners building a personal brand that pulls for the company, earns trust, and brings the right people in.

Consultants, freelancers, and independent experts who want to be visible to the people who hire and refer, and top of mind when the right opportunity comes up.

Senior professionals, creators, and educators building authority in their field, whether for clients, a bigger audience, or the next role.

It’s probably not for you if you want someone to run your social media for you and never think about it again. We build this together, and I won’t post in your place. It’s also not the right fit if you’re after viral hacks rather than a foundation. If you want to own how you show up, and you want a hand building it, we’ll get on well.

Questions you might have

How is this different from your Personal Branding Blueprint course?

The course is for doing it yourself, on your own time. You watch the lessons and apply them when you can. The sprint is for building it with me: I direct each step, adapt the method to your situation, and keep you moving so it actually gets done. Same foundations underneath, a very different experience and a faster result.

How is it different from your coaching?

Coaching is open-ended and shaped around whatever’s on your plate that month. The sprint is a defined engagement with one goal: a clear personal brand that’s live, built on a set path to get you opportunities. If you want ongoing support afterward, coaching is there for that.

Do you write and post my content for me?

No, and that’s deliberate. I’ll help you shape everything and sharpen your real posts, but the point is for you to own your voice and keep it going after we’re done. You won’t be left depending on me to stay visible.

How much time does this realistically take?

Our sessions are where we go deep: discussing your situation, brainstorming approaches, and setting the next step. The work itself happens in between. During the four-week brand base build, plan to dedicate at least 10 hours a week for the exercises, gathering input from people who know your work, and pulling together your own existing material. The check-in phase is lighter. As with most done-with-you projects, the more you put in, the more you walk away with.

Only five sessions for the brand build. Is that enough?

Yes, because the sessions are for direction and feedback, and the real work happens in your focused time between them. I structure it tightly so you’re never guessing what to do next. You bring the raw material and the effort; I bring the method, the prompts, and the judgment to shape it fast.

I’m barely active on social media. Is it too early for me?

Not at all. Starting from a clear foundation is easier than untangling months of scattered posting. Plenty of people come in with very little presence and leave with a clear position and a habit they can keep.

What are the prompts and tools, exactly?

The same ones I use on client projects: structured prompts and templates that speed up the research, the positioning, and the content planning, so you reach a strong result in weeks instead of months.

Why does it cost what it costs?

It’s senior, hands-on time, and the same method I run for founders and leadership teams, focused entirely on you. A full hands-on project with me runs into many thousands; this is a fraction of that, because it’s scoped to one person and one clear outcome.

Let’s get you seen for the expert you already are.

A first call is 30 minutes, no pitch. Tell me what you’re working toward, and I’ll tell you honestly whether this sprint is the right way to get there.
